Watch Out for Rockets - Telepathic War Machine EP

This band has something simple, but it works. They’re called Watch Out for Rockets and they have been quietly churning out their releases for a few years now. Now, I don’t know too much about them, but I do know that I thoroughly enjoyed their last EP Shaman Shit which came out in May earlier this year.

Now the band is back with another EP of lo-fi garage pop goodness. Telepathic War Machine is definitely a step forward for the band. Overall it feels like a much more serious release and could very well earn the band a slew of new fans. Fingerprints of punk, psych and 1960’s rock are found all over the EP making it a really well-rounded release. I highly recommend it.
